Summary
Adds Venice AI API support.
In addition to hosting a lot of models, Venice has its own parameter list as well as storing information like maximum context length as well as a full list of reasoning effort options and other things that our models support. This is generally much more helpful than just generic OpenAI API compliance as it's basically impossible to support getting context length otherwise.

Ensured all the tests passed locally.
Buzz seems to somehow not be ale to run on my local setup (i3wm, CachyOS) but the added UI code looks about right.
